ne-step method represents a cutting-edge manufacturing technology that has emerged relatively recently. This technique is applicable for both hose insulation and hard pipe insulation. However, the one-step PERT insulation pipe production line cannot achieve the required production standards using conventional extrusion equipment. Consequently, specialized design is essential for the extruder's screw and barrel, the pipe mold, as well as the sizing and cooling systems. Within merely two years, Huashida Company successfully overcame 130 technical challenges and established China's first independently developed one-step PERT insulation pipe production line, which holds independent intellectual property rights.

Furthermore, Huashida Company has successively developed standard PERT insulation pipes and fiber-reinforced PERT insulation pipes. These products are categorized into two types based on their appearance and performance characteristics: flat-wall insulation pipes and corrugated insulation pipes.
