HDPE jacket pipe extrusion line is high-efficiency equipment with high speed and energy saving for producing HDPE pipe used as protective cover of  PU foam thermal Pre-insulated Pipe according to international standard.

The HDPE jacket pipe is produced by vacuum calibrating method with smooth internal and external wall, long service life, good anti-corrosion insulation and mechanical performance.The polyurethane sprayed polyethylene thermal winding preinsulation pipe production line independently developed by Huashida, consists of three parts: External shot blasting and derusting collector production line, polyurethane spraying production line, The line has a number of national patents, and the third-party standardized evaluation report has a technology advanced level of 5, reaching the domestic leading level. Polyurethane Foaming:

A foaming machine injects PU raw materials into the cavity between the pipes.

The PU expands uniformly under vacuum, filling the cavity between the pipes.

Vacuum sizing ensures uniform thickness and high density of the foam layer.

Curing and Demolding: After foaming is complete, the insulation layer cures, and the mold is opened to remove the insulated pipe.

1. Remove rust from steel pipe surface

2. preheat the steel pipe to get it ready for polyurethane spraying
