Automatic PERT Insulated Pipe Extrusion Machine for 20-250 mm Pre-Insulated Pipe Production with Polyurethane Foaming

QINGDAO HUASHIDA MACHINERY CO., LTD has spent two years overcoming 30 technical difficulties and independently developed a new type of One-step PERT Flexible Pre-insulated Pipe Production Line with independent intellectual property rights.

The new One-step PERT Flexible Pre-insulated Pipe Production Line consists of online continuous production processes, including extrusion of pressure-resistant and heat-resistant PERT pipes as the inner working pipe, polyurethane foaming, polyurethane curing and corrugation forming, and final HDPE outer jacket cladding. This production line is suitable for manufacturing both flexible and rigid polyurethane foam insulation pipes, with a pipe diameter range of 20-250 mm.

Flexible insulation pipes produced by this equipment feature light weight, rollability, convenient transportation and construction, few joints and excellent toughness. They are especially suitable for secondary networks of central heating systems and serve as an alternative to buried steel insulation pipes.
